Vanguard Development Company was founded in 1996. The Company currently owns and manages over 300,000 square feet of industrial, retail, and office product located in Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana. Vanguard also owns an inventory of approximately 180 acres of raw land along major corridors in Oklahoma City and Tulsa which are slated for future development projects. |

Mary Anne received a Bachelor's Degree with a Philosophy major from the University of Oklahoma in 1973, and is a 1976 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Mary Anne joined Vanguard's affiliated companies in 1983. She was previously employed as an Assistant Vice President of APCO Oil Company, and served in the litigation department of Exxon in Houston, Texas. Mary Anne was also a staff attorney for Texas Gas Exploration Corp., an Assistant General Counsel for Texas International Petroleum Corporation and a private practitioner specializing in the areas of real estate, oil and gas and business litigation. She is licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma. Mary Anne and husband Gary live in Oklahoma City and have two children, John, a 2003 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, and Caitlynn, a sophomore at the University of Oklahoma. |

Steve serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and its affiliated entities, with other responsibilities including the development and leasing of the Company’s real estate portfolio. Steve joined Vanguard’s predecessor company in 1994 following a career as a CPA in public accounting.
Prior to Vanguard, Steve was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick as a senior auditor, serving clients primarily in the banking industry. He has a Bachelor of Science - Accounting degree from Oklahoma State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Steve’s professional designations include Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and he is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oklahoma. Steve is an active Board member and past President of the Oklahoma CCIM Chapter, and was the Chapter’s inaugural recipient of the Neil Worster Award for Outstanding Leadership. His professional affiliations include the CCIM Institute, Oklahoma Society of CPAs, and the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City, as well as acting as Treasurer for his local church. Outside interests include traveling, skiing, basketball, and coaching youth sports. Steve and his wife Heather have 3 children and are both life-long Oklahoma City residents. |

Rhonda Nix joined the company in August 2010 and has more than 25 years of experience in office administration. Prior to Vanguard Development, Rhonda worked for Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City for 19 years. Rhonda and her husband, David have one daughter, Mary, who is currently attending college. |

Michael has been involved in commercial real estate development since joining the company in 1996. Michael is responsible for the overall growth, profitability and direction of the Company. Michael is actively involved in overseeing all management and leasing efforts of the firm's commercial real estate portfolio to ensure asset protection and investment stability. Prior to joining Vanguard Development Company, Michael worked as an engineer for a Houston, TX based company engaged in research, development, and field applications in nondestructive electromagnetic testing of ferrous metal pipeline and industrial tubing.
Michael served as President of the Oklahoma CCIM Chapter, 2010 and is active on the statewide Chapter’s Board of Directors. He is a member in the Commercial Real Estate Council, an Oklahoma City organization and National Association of Industrial Office Parks (NAIOP). Michael has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Oklahoma, a B.S. degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, and has a CCIM designation which grants membership in the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. |
 Sarah M. Boyer Accountant |
Sarah has a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Accounting from Mississippi University for Women. Prior to joining Vanguard Development Company in May 2005, Sarah worked in several accounting positions including head of the Accounting Department at Precision Computer Services and accountant at several companies including DMS Management, CAC Financial and Mid-America Christian University. Sarah serves on the Financial Committee at Shartel Church of God where she takes an active role. Sarah and her husband Bob have two sons and one daughter. Sons, Chris and Drew, both have degrees from the University of Oklahoma and daughter, Amy, will graduate in May 2006 from the University of Central Oklahoma. |
