Vanguard Development Company was founded in 1996. The Company currently owns and manages over 300,000 square feet of industrial, retail, and office product located in Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana. Vanguard also owns an inventory of approximately 180 acres of raw land along major corridors in Oklahoma City and Tulsa which are slated for future development projects. In addition to Vanguard’s real estate portfolio, the Company also owns and manages assets in the energy services industry as well as other non real estate investments
